Once your order is placed, our dedicated team initiates the final preparation of your device, conducting thorough quality checks, firmware updates, and careful packaging for shipment. While we aim to complete this process promptly, please allow 2-5 working days.
Upon readiness, your device is dispatched using trusted couriers. Delivery times vary based on location:
Johannesburg & Pretoria: 1-2 working days
Cape Town & Durban: 2-5 working days
Outlying Areas: 3-5 working days
You can easily track your package online post-dispatch. While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, external factors may cause delays. In such instances, we will promptly notify you.
Delivery is deemed complete upon receipt at your designated address, with all risks transferring to you at that time. Please inspect your delivery upon receipt and note any discrepancies or damages on the Proof of Delivery.
