Section 4 – Modifications to the Service and Prices

3. We are not liable for any changes to the Service.
4. Full payment is required before dispatch of any goods.
5. We may substitute goods of equal or better value. If declined, a refund will be issued.

   • Subject to stock confirmation before order acceptance.

   • Non-returnable unless faulty or sent in error.
   • Quoted prices valid for 7 days and not eligible for discounts.

The Consumer Protection Act

Consumers have the right to cancel goods within 7 working days of delivery under the Act. The customer is responsible for return costs and for keeping the goods in good condition until return.

Afri Techno is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
